Rank any job's applicants
Ask for the top candidates on an open job. They come back ranked exactly like that job's page in RightMatch, including your saved views, and filter on their ATS pre-screening answers. Applicants still in your inbox? Ask for an import link, upload their resumes there, and ask again once they are scored.
Post a job from chat
Your assistant writes the job description and saves it as a RightMatch job with its own public apply link. Open or close the job, and turn on automatic interviews for applicants above a score you choose, after you confirm.
Search your whole pipeline
Keyword search across every candidate, or filter by AI score, stage, tags and job. Open any unlocked resume in full.
Read interview results
AI summaries, per-question and per-skill assessments, and integrity flags for cheating and AI use. Search inside interview answers, read a full transcript, or ask what came in since yesterday.
Build an interview in chat
Name a job, paste its description or share a link, and RightMatch drafts a Mira interview in one call with the same question generator as the app: job title, skills and spoken-style questions, saved as a draft. Edit it until it reads right.
Preview before anything sends
See the skills, questions and video intro in an interactive preview inside the chat. Nothing goes to a candidate until you say so.
Send Mira interviews
Invite up to 50 candidates at once by email, plus a text when you include a phone number. Set a 1 to 7 day window and a personal note, then see who has not started yet.
Move your pipeline from chat
Move candidates to the next stage, tag and rate them, and reject the ones you choose. Stage moves and rejections reach your ATS too. A rejection always shows you exactly who and what happens first, and waits for your yes.
